  • The hearing will first hear from in-person testifiers
  • Online testimony through Zoom will begin at approximately 1 PM
  • The council will alternate between in-person and online testimony every hour after 1 PM

As of right now, there are approximately 300 members of the public who was to testify in person and approximately close to 300 members of the public who was to testify online.

Consistent with the instruction of the council's registration page, We will first hear people who are in here in person.

We will switch between in person testimony and online Zoom testimony every hour or so after 1 PM.
