4:53:41
I think you would've had a resounding yes on this.
4:53:45
I was gonna read my testimony, but it's only 2 minutes.
4:53:47

4:53:49
I'm hoping that council committee regional testimony from today and from city planning hearing.
4:53:55
My testimony was basically asking for city owned, special district zoning to remain.
4:54:00
We are a flood zone.
4:54:01
We are inundated to our closest one and just plain rating.
4:54:06
The in these infrastructure issues need to be addressed before any plan.
4:54:10
I was happy to hear council member Riley ask the question about special district.
4:54:15
I would like to thank council member Marmiro and federal president Gibson for listening and advocating to allow special districts owning to remain.
4:54:24
If and we're wondering if they're gonna change the actual zones, and will you put in additional language in place the city, home, special district area, residential areas to remain 1 and 2 family homes as it currently exists.
4:54:40
City Planning doesn't seem to have a plan for infrastructure with all this building because they don't think it will be a problem.
4:54:46
Thank you to the speaker and council members for pressing on this issue.
4:54:50
It's real.
4:54:51
There's no comprehensive plan regarding infrastructure.
4:54:54
There is not $20,000,000,000 in DEP, not until all of us pay more over a decade on a water bill.
4:55:00
As many from the Bronx have attended hearing, newly board, city planning, through media's claiming they were more than for, again, city of a yes.
4:55:10
They did not just take into account all the written testimony sent to them nor the community board.
4:55:16
Which most really really means more to those opposing city of yes.
4:55:20
You you would see this if you just add up the written testimony and the in person testimony.
4:55:25
I encourage city council members to request all written testimony from city planning.
