I am here because un unaffordable housing does not just mean unaffordable housing.

It means everything else becomes unaffordable too from coffee to childcare.

I urge you to support the city of yes in full because we need bold leadership to address this crisis.

City of yes brings back the type of housing that helped get New York, the character that some here today are defending, like small and shared housing that I know some other folks are supportive of.

While also addressing some new problems that we were facing as a city like the glut of office space.

Brooklyn, Burrow president, Reynoso said it well, 2 things can be true at once.

We can say yes to new housing and yes to solving some of the problems that other folks have mentioned today, like modernizing infrastructure and transit.
