You're welcome.

13:45:03
So my name is John Gilbert, and I'm a resident of flatulence.
13:45:06
I'm in district 46.
13:45:09
Flatlands is a southeast section of Brooklyn, and this section of Brooklyn boasts the largest homeowner occupancy in Brooklyn.
13:45:20
Most of the houses are 1 and 2 families.
13:45:26
These were homes in generation from different generation to generation.
13:45:31
And one of the things I you know, from the city of housing, the city the city of yes, housing is gonna do is strip families from generational wealth.
13:45:44
And all in your home is one of the ways that general that generational wealth is created.
13:45:53
The other issue with the plan is that there are lots of proposals from building and building, but there but there aren't any mandates for infrastructure.
13:46:05
We, in this area, in flatlads, we have electrical grid problem.
13:46:11
We also have flooding and, you know, and and and blood and issues, and it's not just when it when when it's a hurricane.
13:46:22
People are still devastated by sanding and either.
13:46:26
People have died in their basements.
13:46:29
So this business about not having any mandates for interest for infrastructure is a big no with the city of yes.
13:46:40
The other issue I had in mind was what sustainable measures do these proposals offer?
13:46:48
I am concerned about the increased construction, lack of green spaces, and the density which this can come.
