Hi.
12:28:51
Thank you for afternoon speaking.
12:28:54
I'm here to show my support to the state of yes, and I'm a member on my health and community board 3 at the housing committee.
12:29:03
And, also, I work for Bronx Pro.
12:29:05
It's a 100% Michelin of Forba Housing Du Upper.
12:29:10
We built 100% of Forba Housing into Bronx And New Harlem.
12:29:14
And at a new immigrant to the state aid.
12:29:18
I'm also a renter and also I I was born in Fortiva housing back in China.
12:29:24
So I suffered a lot of, like, issue to looking for a a formal department needs a safety help leads to a housing court and everything.
12:29:33
And as this under this situation, I can say, like, say, yes is really good opportunity to provide more housing to the people in need.
12:29:42
And to the people who cannot afford, like, to, like, to increase the same housing price in the city.
12:29:50
And as a developer side, I can see the operation expense is gotten higher, the tenant arrear, extremely high and the insurance price are going higher and higher.
12:30:02
So all these things make it harder to operate on the make sure to do an organization like us, and I can see, like, figure, yes, how a lot of good set part, like, to make the, like, mandatory inclusive house housing procedure, like, easier, and that can make the product housing project happening sooner and we can have more people to move into our project as soon as possible and based on lots of research data, I can say, like, New York is rarely need more housing to more type of housing and that can lower the housing price in in the future.
12:30:46
So I hope this can be passed and this can support organization like like us and also has forced a young professional bond to contribute to this saving more.
