Great.
13:48:55
Thank you so much.
13:48:56
Just a quick comment.
13:48:57
It's late.
13:48:58
I support the City of Yes, plan.
13:49:01
Us, not like it really matters, but I'm a 4th generation New Yorker.
13:49:05
My parents grew up in Queens, in Whitestone, in Jamaica, and the homes that they lived in provide an opportunity for my family to get ahead, those opportunities are out of reach for too many people now, including New Yorkers that are coming to starting new life here today.
13:49:25
And there's a lot of great elements in the plan to to recreate that opportunity.
13:49:30
There was a lot of process with this plan.
13:49:33
I sent through all of the all of my community board meetings more than 10 hours' worth with presentations from city staff and outside consultants.
13:49:43
And they did a really great job answering tough questions that we asked.
13:49:48
I just you know, I learned a lot about the proposal, which were some of the other comments that I heard.
13:49:53
This doesn't do anything for affordability, the biggest, impact this will have on Midtown where I currently live its universal affordability preference UAP, which will be a great step.
13:50:08
Also, some other commenters mentioned the need to enable office conversions.
13:50:14
I have some great news that's in the plan since city of yes, I hope that the city council votes to move this forward.
13:50:23
Thank you.
