My name is Peter Tooma.
13:48:11
I live in bedside, Brooklyn, New York District 36, and I am likewise here to express my support for city of yes.
13:48:20
I think this as everyone have said, New York City lacks housing and or housing supply, and I think it's hurting the dynamism of the city.
13:48:30
So this is a great start to get us on a path to build more supply.
13:48:34
We should push rents down, and I also think it provides alternative housing for people that need it and for people that can do alternative accommodations.
13:48:43
So I'm here to say, express my yes versus AWS.
