This has been such a disappointing hearing because so many people are putting oppositions to include and honor the average New Yorkers.

This plan does not offer affordable housing to the average New Yorker, and it does not ensure that you will not be discriminated against face unfair rental increases and become a fabric of the communities that we're talking about.

What does that is public housing under section 9?

NICE is the only property manager in New York City that provides truly affordable housing for New Yorkers earning up to a $120,000 a year.

Our rents are capped at 30% of our income.

We never face on fair increases.

We are supported with tenant development and empowerment leading to union jobs.

But it's being disposed of via privatization in New York City through the project based section a program and the trust.

In order to revert this housing crisis, I encourage you to invest in section 9 public housing, repair 7000 units at a cost of $45,000 to each taxpayer instead of the $90,000 that developers and remember that public housing is the program that provides housing security affordability.
