Okay.
12:43:22
Hi.
12:43:22
I'm Unabolic.
12:43:24
My family's been in New York City since we came to the western hemisphere.
12:43:28
I grew up in Cuartan Hills in Queens.
12:43:32
I'm twenty seven years old.
12:43:34
I just moved out of my parents' house.
12:43:36
It is not a secret to anyone that there is not enough housing, and there are not enough places to live in New York City that are affordable to young adults.
12:43:53
My my brother just had twins earlier this year, and he needed to move out of his apartment because he needed more space.
12:44:01
He was living with his in laws because he was just taking a really long time to find a place with enough space for his family now as six people.
12:44:10
And he He was able to do that because he is lucky, because he had people in the city to fall back on to live with while he was looking for an apartment.
12:44:26
And it's just it is just impossible to find a home and we need more of it.
12:44:33
And right now, I'm in a two bedroom that I live in with the roommate.
12:44:37
And if there were more studio apartments, then this could be used for a family of you know, just a couple and a kid.
12:44:47
But right now, it's 2 adults taking up a two bedroom apartment on her own living in separate rooms because they're starting up studio apartments if there were it like, there there just needs to be more housing of every kind in New York City because there are not enough places to live, and it is not affordable enough.
12:45:06
So I'm in favor of the city of yes.
12:45:08
Thank you.
