Council Speaker Adrienne E. Adams introduces a vote on a land use item concerning the rezoning of 135th Street. The rezoning will facilitate the development of a new mixed-use building in the area.

• It will include approximately 60 units, with 15 permanently affordable units under MIH
• The building will also have commercial and community facility space
• The council is modifying the application to require MIH Option 1
