Council Speaker Adrienne E. Adams introduces several pieces of education-related legislation for vote. These bills aim to increase transparency and improve communication within the Department of Education (DOE).
- Introduction 797-A: Requires DOE to report annually on student clubs and organizations at each school
- Introduction 733-A: Requires DOE to report annually on career and technical education (CTE) programs
- Introduction 771-A: Requires DOE to provide parents with information about interpretation and translation services
