Their financial adviser when they're trying to figure out all these budgets and all the other things associated with it, and their trusted friend.

As they carry out their standard stewardship of the city, may they see themselves as doing your work, knowing that they will be rewarded by you, When they get tired, please remind them on the words of the scriptures that say they who wait upon the Lord will renew their strength.
