Thank you very much.

I read your testimony, but my question is this, because I am very supportive of the concept of what this bill is calling for.
0:46:23
But in anticipation, I tried to have the, what I would call, fully affordable nonprofits, talk to the union.
0:46:33
Because I think there's a difference, and I wanna make sure you do also between I won't name names, but ex for profit developer, putting 20% in his or her, MIH or something else, that person should follow the bill, in my opinion.
0:46:50
But there is another which believe it or not the union had no idea.
0:46:54
I'm just being honest with them.
0:46:55
I won't say who.
0:46:57
That there are nonprofits who do a 100%.
0:47:01
I know nonprofits.
0:47:02
They wouldn't build market if you gave them a $1,000,000.
0:47:05
They don't believe in it.
0:47:07
So I am looking for support.
0:47:09
I wonder what you think the difference.
0:47:11
The big difference between a developer who is mostly market in the building, but has some affordable.
0:47:18
And then the 100% nonprofit who only builds affordable, having to comply with this.
0:47:24
And I don't know if you've had any discussions along these lines, but I tried to get the nonprofit community to talk to the union because the union had no idea that there is such an animal.
