I'm gonna ask one more question, and I'm gonna pass it to Gale for some questions.
0:44:36
You cited local law 44 earlier today.
0:44:39
I can't remember who was in your testimony or in answering one of the questions, but one of the things that we've heard from the industry is that HPD has not provided any wage data in response to foil requests, nor updates on local or nineties local or not local or 44 data as you were legally required to do.
0:45:01
Do you have you know, can we talk a little bit about that and and and is HPD saying that this standard is not economically viable?
0:45:12
It's yeah.
0:45:13
That night, but but you have failed to kind of provide the information from the industry to make those assessments.
0:45:19
So is where are we with local law 44 and the information that's been requested sort of by the industry?
Lucy Joffe
0:45:27
My understanding is that wage requirement or wage information is treated differently under local law 44, so it's not published on open data as it's not part of the provisions of the law, and therefore the system was not built to do that.
0:45:41
I am not aware of challenges in terms of foil with this, but we certainly can look into that and get back to you.
Carmen N. De La Rosa
0:45:47
But if someone were to make a foil request, HPD would certainly be forthcoming with that information.
Lucy Joffe
0:45:54
Well, I can't speak specifically to whether or not there are any sort of legal obstacles to why that has not been why that's been a challenge potentially, but we certainly could look into it.
0:46:04
I don't know of any.
Carmen N. De La Rosa
0:46:05
Great.
0:46:06
So let's follow-up on that point later on.
0:46:09
Offline so that we can try and and get that cleared off.
0:46:12
I'll pass it over to Gil.
0:46:13
Gil?
