But it no.
1:40:34
And I understand that.
1:40:35
I totally understand that.
1:40:36
I think the DOE is one of those examples.
1:40:38
Where the high school process.
1:40:40
Right?
1:40:41
You you understand.
1:40:42
I think most New Yorkers understand that there is a process.
1:40:47
There is, you know, this specific lottery system.
1:40:49
I forget the name of the the process, the selection process.
1:40:53
But there's YouTube videos on it.
1:40:55
Like, we understand that you're high school student and you're trying to get into one of these, like, select high schools that that this is the the exact decision making process that was utilized.
1:41:04
But then I think there are other instances, again, reflected in the report, where agencies like PD, for example, are utilizing a tool as, like, to prevent crime or detect crime.
1:41:18
And I think those are instances where if you are on some kind of a database, you I believe that you should be in informed.
1:41:27
Right?
1:41:28
Like, here's an example of doing your applying.
1:41:30
So I'm aware that there's a process I am voluntarily giving you that inform to be a part of this bigger process, the decision making process.
1:41:39
But with PD, it sounds like or it it is the fact that there's no you're not volunteering information, photographs, maybe being used of you with or without your cognizant for the purpose of, like, crime prevention.
1:41:54
And so, again, it's not one size fits all, but I think that there should be an effort to say, if you are a New Yorker in your face, your image, your name, your likeness, your personal information is being utilized for a tool that we're reporting on that you know that.
1:42:12
That is my belief.
1:42:13
And what I'm asking is is is if that is something that you all are looking at in the action plan with some of these agencies that I think are not as Who do who do not necessarily share share those principles?
