What we've been seeing as of late is that there's been more of a shift towards outpatient care.

There's been more ambulatory and other sort of facilities that are in the community, and this is sort of just response that folks may not need to be housed into traditional bed in the way that they once were.

And there's other technology available for sort of shorter stints in facilities.

And including leveraging things like telehealth and other sort of innovations.

We think that those trends will continue, which is actually sort of why we want to maintain some flexibility.

And, you know, one of the issues of the resolution for the LYNX bill is that it also extends to other service and unit reductions, and we wanted to really highlight the importance for facilities to be able to be nimble, to service whatever community need there may be.
