I know there was discussion earlier about the health impact statement and the state and all of that.

So the fact that we're asking these questions at the end stage as opposed to the beginning stage of when this process was started is really a problem.
1:09:40
And so not for you, but I'm just saying that that's why it's so important to get engagement at the front end instead of the tail end because we're gonna suffer for that, h and h is gonna suffer for that.
1:09:50
So does h and h presently have the funds to hire more nurses and doctors and other staff?

I know you're not Doctor Katz.
Laura Iavicoli
1:10:02
Yeah.
1:10:02
No.
1:10:02
No.
1:10:02
No.

And we fiercely recruit with our docs for NYC, nurses for NYC, site docs for NYC, Mosaic Program, and, you know, try to recruit through initiatives such as the loan repayment, PH4 NYC, and providing the nursing fellowship and nursing residency programs.
1:10:41
So we are committed to recruiting and building our workforce.
