Well, I would say that the workforce the health workforce in particular is one of the most important areas of work.

We are aware, of course, that the New York State Health Department is investing in the workforce through the 1115 waiver.

And it in in general is mostly up to the AMC and to other accrediting bodies to really ensure that there is an adequate pipeline of health workers that are trained to meet the needs of the nation.

In New York City, specifically, that often falls to academic medical centers, as well as again support from the state, around training, and support from the federal government around training.
