Thank you.

What can New York State And the City Council do to help strengthen the hospital workforce?
Chatodd Floyd
2:31:22
I think, 1st and foremost, we would actually try to say, we all need to collectively work together to remove restrictions in terms of the workforce.
2:31:30
We really wanna collectively work together to encourage more people to become nurses and other practitioners, so that way it can ease some of the strain within facilities.
2:31:39
We also would be remiss if we wanted to say that New York is one of the few states who are not participants of, like, the interstate medical licensure compact, as well as there's also additional compact as well that we could sort of explore ways so that way we can address these critical workforce issues.
