And then what do ex what exactly do guardianship services entail?
Kimberly George
2:57:39
That's a great question.
2:57:41
You know, there's misconceptions that guardianship is all about target decision making is just decision making, but in actuality, the job is also how do you implement those decisions.
2:57:51
So for example, if somebody were to have an injury and the medical care, The Guardian's not only deciding about that medical care.
2:58:01
They're also putting into place all the services and rehabilitation and maybe accessibility modifications in paying the bills and doing everything that comes after the decision is made.
2:58:14
Similarly, one of the things that we as a guardian pride ourselves in in is end of life decision making arranging for preneed funeral arrangements before the time comes, informing family, getting death certificates.
2:58:27
So It's it's a it's a very big job, and it's it's more than just decision making.
