Can I tell you one of the things that I got from parents this summer?
0:50:28
I had parents.
0:50:30
I had one parent, and they were in the chocolate b article, who talked about the CBO had orientation, but the principal refused to meet with them.
0:50:40
They did not have orientation.
0:50:41
So where is that disconnect?

I'm sorry.
0:50:43
You mentioned that.

I had a parent, and they were in the talk with you guys over to an article.
0:50:47
They even talked about it.
0:50:49
They tried to meet because they they the principal told the CBL they couldn't have a parent orientation.
0:50:54
So the parent only met with the CBL.
0:50:56
The parent will refuse to meet with them and did not allow the CBO to have a parent orientation.
0:51:03
So where is that disconnect?
0:51:04
And why is that even happening?
0:51:06
Because I know, like, part of the requirement on the CBO side is required to do a parent orientation.
0:51:11
But the principal didn't let them have it, and they wouldn't meet with parents.
0:51:14
And the principal wouldn't meet with the parents because they wouldn't give them the space.

And in those instances where there is a conflict between at the school level between the school leadership and the CBO that gets escalated to both New York City public schools and DUI's city, right, and making sure that we're tapping into the district and the superintendents to address these issues.
