Thank you for bringing up the the payment issue, who does a very real issue, and I think we definitely have to address it and and figure that that piece too.

And even the idea around the 12 year contract, because I think that, you know, we need to get to a place where we know this is happening.

So it is challenging to start a contract on the 1st day of programming every single year, even for staffing purposes.

So and that would also help with, like, the seasonal work and some other challenges that I know that is happening summer camps.
