Thank you.
1:46:18
So how are we supporting non summarizing summer sites?
1:46:27
Because as you guys know, community centers are me and dear to my heart.
1:46:31
And we they I feel like a lot of times, they are not getting a level of attention that they need and are working super hard over there.
1:46:37
Their contracts have not been increased.
1:46:39
They're they're doing all this work.
1:46:41
They are the janitor.
1:46:42
They are the cook.
1:46:43
They are doing all the things.
1:46:44
So what does support look like for them?
1:46:47
How are we supporting them?
1:46:48
What is going on?
1:46:49
And I would love to hear what's happening.
1:46:51
I mean, granted, I know they're doing their jobs, but how are you supporting them?
Daniel Guillén
1:46:55
So I am glad you didn't bring that up.
1:46:57
Do you wanna bring that up?
Althea V. Stevens
1:46:58
That's my first love.
Daniel Guillén
1:47:00
Yeah.
1:47:00
That's right.
1:47:03
One of the main things we wanted to do was bolster up the curriculum.
1:47:09
We had been implementing exploring futures, which is the college and career awareness component in summarizing, and we expanded that to not just for programs operating in your city of public schools, but to cornerstones as well.
1:47:22
We wanted to make sure that the same opportunities, the same trainings.
1:47:26
There was no real net difference between what was being offered and what would be implemented between both basis.
1:47:31
So that was the key feature and leading into the same supports and offering into the school year as well for middle school youth, again, regardless of, you know, Compass Beacon or Cornerstone.
1:47:43
As well as in the summer, we provide facilities support.
1:47:46
Right?
1:47:46
So if there are any issues with the space as well, coordinating with Nike.
1:47:50
If
Althea V. Stevens
1:47:54
When when their facility issues
Daniel Guillén
1:47:56
When yes.
1:47:58
And and deploying our folks out there to make those repairs quickly and address those escalations as well.
1:48:03
So that was a big component that we lifted up this summer as well.
1:48:07
Were your CBO conveniences?
1:48:08
Yeah.
1:48:09
So the same, you know, CBO convenings that we held throughout the planning stages that was available to them as well and even separately as well.
1:48:18
Our Cornerstone team implemented their monthly check ins and planning for their summer services.
