So we have regular conversations with the DCA and a variety of city agencies on challenges that come up in the city in terms of economic recovery.

We're in a really bright spot at this point now.

But we're seeing overall the city's recovery has been incredibly strong.

3 out of the five boroughs have a vacancy rate less than 10%.

2 of them are around 10%, 11%, and really concentrated around Central Business District in areas where work from home has taken a hit on the economy.

We're seeing a tremendous outer border resurgence, and that's backed by some of the life xyz and vacancy data that we have at SBS.
