DCLA published a 10 year plan called create NYC, as you mentioned earlier, which sets several goals in that ensuring that economic growth in owning neighborhoods is community driven and inclusive.

So we work very closely with Department of Cultural affairs, and that's not just from the time of the create NYC Plan.

We have conversations with them from storefront vacancy to even culture at risk and win a nonprofit organization, a cultural organization, might be in a in a difficult moment.

We have membership there, and and it's open lines of communication.

And you can see there's overlap in our work in some ways where we find some organizations that may be doing very similar work that a DCLA grant team might also be doing in a similar or adjacent neighborhood.
