We're this is a pilot, so we want to see, like, what are some of the challenges and how we can sort of, you know, bake those challenges either into our program design or even further conversations that we have in with other agencies about policies related to storefront vacancies and the the type of incentive the incentives that would encourage landlords and property owners to participate.
