Well, I mean, first, we're we're hoping that city of yes, really helps to unlock some of the opportunities so that we can have less vacant storefronts.
1:06:29
But one of the things that we're attempting to do is do a pilot, which we're calling building creative capacity, and this is a partnership with Van Allen to think of light interventions that can be done to, you know, activate these storefronts, and it could be, you know, our installation.
1:06:44
It could be a light in a a project.
1:06:48
But part of that is, how do you engage with landlords, and I think that's what you're you're talking about.
1:06:53
So we are partnered with them to do a pilot in 3 neighborhoods, but we also are working with them to create a workshop so that they can come up with whatever best practices that can help with that landlord property owner engagement to help encourage more of these type of activations.
1:07:09
And while we're only doing the 3 pilots and 3 neighborhoods, this workshop will be open to all of the organizations that we're funding so that they can learn about these tips, these best practices, wanna engage in property owners around this type of of activation.
