I I I do hear and appreciate that, and I I definitely will recommend to my constituents who reside in Nitro.
0:45:42
Can I have a couple of moments?
0:45:43
You reside in Nitro.
0:45:45
To reach out to the monitor when they have questions there.
0:45:47
I think some of these TAs have frustrations with sometimes how slow the money can get to them for these programs and I guess, I have a 2 part question now.
0:46:00
The first part is why is it maybe outside of the jurisdiction of the monitor to assess the funding for these programs?
0:46:07
And to, you know, I think it's equally as important to, you know, assess the funding, advocacy for the funding for some of these infrastructure upgrades as it's as important as it is for for some of these programs that take place in in in our developments, whether it's, you know, stronger TAs, that are are are more willing and have more tools to interact with both you as well as NYCHA.
0:46:30
I find them to be equally important, but I I wanna hear from from maybe why this is not under the jurisdiction of the monitor.
Neil Barofsky

Yes.
0:46:38
And and to be very clear, just because something is outside that our jurisdiction doesn't mean it's not incredible.
0:46:44
Sure.
0:46:45
Of course.
0:46:45
I mean, one of the the real issues that Nitro residents are dealing with, which we hear on a regular basis, is asbestos.
0:46:52
Abatement, and that's something that we have 0.
