I think, you know, one of the things to be to be clear, we're starting out, and we don't have, you know, a we don't have all the good ideas.
0:33:50
And so you know, we welcome that type of input, and we'll certainly consider it.
0:33:54
And we certainly if we're not inviting the board to our our, you know, our CAC meetings, we should be.
0:34:00
I think that's a that's a really good suggestion.
0:34:02
In any way, we can facilitate that type of of of resident Nietcha interaction is helpful.
0:34:08
So for example, we just I think it was last last week.
0:34:11
We did a a town hall out in the rockaways, and Nietcha came both the local property management as well as central some of the folks who are here today.
0:34:21
And it was just, you know, it was it was great bringing everyone together with us.
0:34:27
And, you know, from the what we heard and it was a it was a very spirited meeting to be clear and understandably, you know, residents are were very angry.
0:34:35
And expressed that.
0:34:37
But in the aftermath of that meeting, you know, so many residents came up to us and really appreciated the opportunity, not just to talk to us.
0:34:45
I mean, frankly, I think we were a little bit of a sideshow, but to be able to communicate directly with with Nitrogen Management, as well as the the the people in the property.
0:34:53
So I think that's a fantastic idea.
0:34:55
And we're we're going to look, continue to expand those types of meetings.
0:34:59
I think you're right.
0:35:00
It it it it's it's impactful.
