But I would say, chairman, our experiences, and and Matt just gave an example, is that the night shift leadership is responsive.
1:03:32
And so if we got, for example, a a series of of complaints, again, we wouldn't ignore them.
1:03:41
Right?
1:03:41
We would we would, you know, if there were consistent complaints all around a certain issue, even if it's an issue outside of our jurisdiction, you know, we would make NATO leadership aware, hey, we think there's a real problem over here and bring it to their attention.
1:03:56
And our experience, and again, it's limited because we've only been on the job for almost 8 months now, is that they're they're responsive.
1:04:04
They don't they don't say, hey, monitor because keep your nose out of this.
1:04:08
This is not how you do your like, we've never got and, again, I just wanna say, like, they've been really cooperative, collaborative, and problem solving.
1:04:17
And so I would anticipate if something like this happened, we would be a conduit, but I would also, you know, expect that to the extent Nitro has anything that it can do in that situation that it that it would address the problem.
Chris Banks

Thank you.
1:04:30
I just wanna make sure that the monitor that you're taking note of what's being some of the issues and complaints that are coming from the Rad Pak conversions, which is has been an issue of contention throughout the entire city.
1:04:46
So thank you so much.
1:04:48
That's the NHM extent of my questions and the members of the committee.
1:04:52
Thank you so much.
