Good afternoon.
2:58:36
Chairman banks, council members, monitors, nitrile officials, and fellow resident leaders.
2:58:42
My name is Dana Alden.
2:58:43
I'm president of Saint Mary's Parkhouser.
2:58:46
It's a president of firing the address of Federal Mogi Group.
2:58:49
I have been attempting to reach them since February.
2:58:53
Oh, shit.
2:58:55
I'm sorry.
2:58:56
I've been attempting to reach them since February 2024 in the past, federal law enforcement, held monthly meetings with the different boroughs that enabled us to have a conversation, and sometimes corrections noted.
2:59:10
I personally have emailed them numerous times since their beginning and received no response other than to say that they received my email.
2:59:18
We are mixed finance development with 1007 Apartments and 210 Section 8 Apartments.
2:59:29
When you try to reach the the the center call center, we are getting no responses.
2:59:37
For me, the definite issue with our heating system, which I indicated to them that zone valves should be added to our system.
2:59:44
The average quanta resolved valve is 25 to a $100.
2:59:48
It took almost a year for them to for them to be installed.
2:59:52
Consequently, since their installation, they have not worked properly for several reasons.
2:59:58
This volume valves are supposed to be attached to a thermostat and and monitor control panel for the temperature.
3:00:08
And if it is a fluctuating temp temperature, then the control panel gets the signal turn off or turn on the heat.
3:00:17
This past week in Friday to Monday morning, the temperatures went from 48 to 54 degrees in the evenings and beyond.
3:00:26
During this period, I contacted the senior supervisory staff a couple of times for assistance to no avail departments here were called.
3:00:35
I received 18 complaints from residents who first attempted to use my right shift.

Dana Elden
3:00:42

3:00:46
Would which did not work?
Chris Banks
3:00:48
30 seconds.
3:00:49
Please wrap it up.
Dana Elden
3:00:51
The statement was posted untrue that we were offline, and a call center could not be contacted.
3:00:58
It was my concern that the the residents get their heat.
3:01:04
So I didn't call Mister Green.
3:01:06
Who is present there.
3:01:07
And so the whole weekend went without heat until Monday morning at 9:30 AM.
3:01:14
I am a cancer patient, sir, and my health is very important to me.
3:01:20
And so freezing in my bed with with clothes on is not my idea of of any kind of service that I'm deserving of.
3:01:29
And as far as I'm concerned, Niger has not fulfilled their promise to give us the service that we need, and the federal mantra needs to open up the door and speak to some of us out here in the field who are working hard every day for no pay to serve our communities.
3:01:49
Thank you.
