We are very much committed to diversifying the city and making sure that defined and various folks have opportunities to apply for these programs, and that's where the recruitment aspects come in.
1:15:02
So one of the things that we do when we're engaged in different organizations and schools as we look at the population that they serve.
1:15:10
So partnership with CUNY is really helpful because we know that certain CUNY pop schools schools have a higher level of population for different folks.
1:15:18
So we may go to Bronx Community College or Lehman College that where we're able to engage various Hispanics or black.
1:15:25
So we do take that into consideration in terms of the outreach that we're doing, and we're looking at the the end results.
1:15:32
Right?
1:15:32
And what are we what what are the folks that are getting into the position?
1:15:36
Are we diversifying the applicant pool?
1:15:38
So we wanna make sure that we continue to engage and work with organizations that work with folks of a particular demographic, as well as the educational institution master of those folks.
Carmen De La Rosa
