My name is Katrina Porter, and I am the Chief Human Capital Officer for the City of New York.

And deputy commissioner of the Human Capital Division at the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, more commonly known as Decast.

I am grateful for the opportunity today to discuss our program and processes with you, and I will be presenting several general but incredibly meaningful ways in which the city provides pathways to civil service for New Yorkers.
