- The HLO program is being reintroduced after previously operating in 5 hospitals
- FDNY is currently training members for the program

So this is a program that we did in the past.

It was a total of 5 hospitals at the time spread throughout the city.

Currently, we have our members in training for this program, and we have we're having them out November 10th is when we're gonna start the initiative.
