Regarding 1037, which requires the posting of a notice for registered multiple dwellings with 1 or more rent stabilized units, HPD will need to engage in conversations with New York State Homes and Community Renewal, or HCR, to ensure that the information required to implement this legislation can be accessed by HPD staff in order to enforce compliance.
