NYPD summons history, it's publicly available and includes, summonses that are issued, for instance, for unlawful eviction.

So we, are not currently looking specifically at illegal eviction data.

We do look at findings of harassment, both in housing court, and I believe we look at HCR.

We do look at some, violations issued by other agencies as well, to come up with that, the those analysis in various flavors.
