So in addition to calling 911, the city has a flyer on illegal evictions that tells tenants to call three one one and ask for the tenant helpline.

I have on here, and I just wanna confirm with you, the hotline hours are Monday, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and, Tuesdays through Fridays, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM on Saturday.
