My name is Anne Marie Santiago, and I am the deputy commissioner for enforcement and neighborhood services at the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development.

I am joined by Lucy Joffe, HPD's deputy commissioner for policy and strategy, Marty Weithman, HPD's assistant commissioner for housing litigation, Jennifer Leone, HPD's assistant commissioner for sustainability and chief sustainability officer, and Joshua Levin, director of the legislative affairs unit at the New York City Police Department.
