So just to reclarify, if we're looking at existing industrial sites that we're going to convert into urban agriculture or farm usage, do we have certain criteria that will be set to conduct x amount of research around remediation of soil or if any contamination of soil exists?

So there we have additional offices in Climate, Environmental Justice, and Environmental Remuneration, as well as other agency partners that have a wheelhouse and expertise in that information.
