The key challenge is a lack of information and the the uncertainty of who homeowners can trust.

I think there is a lot of distrust because of histories of disinvestment, of, disinformation.

And so I think making sure that homeowners know that there is trusted trustworthy information, that there are free resources, is, again, really key.

So it's both knowing about the resources and trusting that they, are are available to to help you as a homeowner.
