And then additionally, this year we partnered or maybe last year, I can't remember because of time and everything.

But we partnered with the attorney general's office to do the first, like, training for constituent service directors and staff, across the council so that we knew how to deal with people walking in the door with a plastic bag full of, like, papers for 30 years.

And I think a a standardized training just ongoing every year for, the offices that might have someone walking in would be really, really helpful.
