The September announcement for DHS has not yet been implemented.

So in September, the administration announced that they would be expanding the 60 day rule to DHS shelters, and send families pre, notices.
1:14:37
Obviously, that sent people into a panic.
1:14:40
Yesterday, we heard that there was a shift in policy, well, sort of, right, that would allow folks to stay in place after the second, 60 day notice.
1:14:55
Right?
1:14:57
I'm not sure how if that replaces the September announcement.
Molly Schaeffer
1:15:04
No.
1:15:04
So the announcement yesterday was specifically for the non DHS 60 day notices, and it was to, help make sure that we're keeping, families with kids who have, kids in kindergarten through 6th grade in, make it easier for them to keep their kid in the same school.
1:15:24
That does not take over the September announcement for DHS, which, as Iris mentioned before, has not rolled out yet.
Diana Ayala
1:15:31
Yeah.
1:15:31
They're still working out.
1:15:32
Yeah.
1:15:33
Okay.
1:15:33
Okay.
1:15:34
I get that.
1:15:37
So I I I won't even ask if you're still planning to expand because I'm assuming that the answer is yes until determined otherwise.
1:15:44
If you don't have a, well, actually, let me just move on.
