I'm I mean, one of the things that we're concerned about as a committee is how work is being contracted out and how that's impacting the ability to hire workers because we're spending money on outsourcing work rather than investing in the workforce.
1:47:45
And some of the numbers that we've seen are egregious.
1:47:47
I mean, when we dig into what these contracts look like, for example, for the delivery of service for migrants and asylum seekers in our city.
1:47:55
We see that some of these contracts could hire 4 commissioners or more.
1:48:00
And so we are concerned that that investment is not happening in the workforce, in a workforce that frankly needs it.
1:48:09
Right?
1:48:09
Because we're seeing these numbers.
1:48:11
And so, if you could get back to us with some of that information, that would be valuable.

Will do.
