My name is Katrina Porter, and I'm the chief human capital officer for the city of New York and deputy commissioner, for the human capital division at the Department of Administrative, Administrative Services, more commonly known as DCAS.

I am joined here today by my colleagues, DCAS assistant commissioner for workforce operations, Katie and Otter, and Daniel Pollock, 1st deputy commissioner with the Office of Labor Relations.

I am grateful for the opportunity to discuss the vital programs and processes we implement at DCAS to deliver resources, services, and support to city agencies, and most importantly, to the people of New York City.
