- Approximately 90,000 to 110,000 bins are still outstanding for delivery
- Thousands of new orders are received daily
- Bins are now available for purchase at all 22 Home Depot locations in NYC

Up to now, how many bins have been ordered for us by buildings with up to 9 residential units?
1:27:47
About 450,000.
1:27:50
Okay.
1:27:51
That's pretty significant number.
1:27:52
How many bins are outstanding such that homeowners are waiting for bin delivery?
Joshua Goodman
1:27:57
We get thousands of new orders a day, so there will always be bins that have been ordered and not delivered.
1:28:01
You know?
1:28:02
We've delivered well over 300,000 including, the commitment when preorders opened July 8th was that if you placed your order by October 1st, you would receive your bin by the start of the mandate, November 12th.
1:28:16
That was about 215,000 people ordered in that period.
1:28:20
Every single one of them got their bin.
1:28:21
And we've delivered another 100,000 or so since then.
1:28:24
So in the in just the period since November 12th, which is, you know, only 8 days.
1:28:29
So there are, a number of bins left to be delivered.
1:28:33
They are on their way in the coming weeks, and obviously, that's part of the reason why the warning period is in effect until January 2nd.
Shaun Abreu
1:28:40
Do you, do you have any estimate of how many outstanding bins there are that need to be delivered?
Joshua Goodman
1:28:45
Somewhere in the neighborhood of 90 to a 110,000, we could get an exact number.
1:28:51
And it's fair
Shaun Abreu
1:28:51
to say that at least 300,000 were already delivered?
1:28:54
Absolutely.
1:28:54
Yes.
1:28:55
Okay.
1:28:56
And 450 is like the overall
Joshua Goodman
1:28:57
So far above.
1:28:58
But again, you know, thousands of bins are ordered every single day.
Shaun Abreu
1:29:01
How many a day are you, on average, you're getting?
Joshua Goodman
1:29:05
You know, it come it basically comes and goes depending on whether you talk about the bins that day or not.
1:29:09
You know, we see a big bump from the Sean O'Breyeu Twitter feeds.
1:29:13
Bin orders and, you know, when everybody's on television.
1:29:15
But we've had orders from, you know, a few 100 to 10000 in a day, and we expect that to continue for a while and then to die down when the bins are saturated in the market and everybody has one.
1:29:27
Oh.
1:29:27
And I'll just mention, by the way, that there is now, as you may have heard, an additional option or is in addition to being able to get them online at www.bins.nyc, they're now at every single New York City Home Depot store.
1:29:39
There are 22 Home Depots in New York City, and you can get the NYC bin at all of those locations for the exact same price down to the cent as online.
1:29:47
That was pretty amazing to get a major retailer to not do any markup.
1:29:51
So, you can order online for in store pickup, or you can just go buy and get them if you don't wanna wait for delivery.
1:29:56
Okay.
