I will acknowledge that under the proposed rule that is coming out in the coming weeks, one of the options will be to have those discussions.

It is something we want to offer as an option, and we look forward to working with individual bids that are interested in that to see if it is viable for them in their area.

Again, it's something where we'd have to look at the labor specifics, you know, make sure that there's no displacement of the DSNY workforce involved in that.
