I am Jessica Tisch, commissioner of the New York City Department of Sanitation, and I am joined today by our 1st deputy commissioner Javier Lohan, Joseph Antonelli, deputy commissioner of management and budget, Joshua Goodman, deputy commissioner public affairs and customer experience, and by an official NYC bin over to my right, fresh from its new role changing the look and feel of New York City's sidewalks.
