Good afternoon.
2:24:32
My name's Matt Joswiak.
2:24:34
I'm the CEO and founder of Rethink Food.
2:24:35
I want to thank the council for hosting this today, and also the administration for making, like, what I agree with, a lot of progress in the past couple of years around sanitation sustainability and the issues that we talk about.
2:24:47
Our interests here are slightly different.
2:24:50
We're really focused on waste management for institutional food.
2:24:54
We believe that there's an excessive food waste problem within our city shelters and any procured food across the city.
2:25:00
And we believe that the containerization and separating organic materials will lead to, shining a light on the excess and waste that is in, the institutional food system and will lead to a reduction, which will ultimately save the taxpayers, 1,000,000 and 1,000,000 of dollars.

So I just wanna, once again, thank everybody for, hosting this, and, happy holidays.
