Finally, Introduction 646 would require OTI to expand our annual NG 911 reporting to include outreach efforts to the deaf and hard of hearing experts, in addition to public education plans related to text to 911.

As mentioned earlier, text to 911 was fully implemented in June of 2020, And we are in the process of cutting over to Next Generation 911.
