CUNY is currently purchasing a case management system, CMS, for the portal we created 2 years ago to enable members of our community to report incidents of discrimination and retaliation.

The new system would allow individuals to monitor the status of of their complaints and it would also help the university improve the way it tracks complaints in the portal and issues reports and notifications.

In the meantime, the portal has been updated to confirm receipt of an individual's initial report and to notify them of an outcome.
